Prior to founding his firm, Mario spent 20 years in Senior Financial Leadership roles, where he consistently and measurably transformed the finance and accounting functions into a competitive advantage. Mario brings the same core values and skills that made him so successful in his executive positions throughout his corporate career to the firm’s clients today.
These valuable skills have translated into a prestigious career with many accolades and accomplishments which include multiple successful Startups, millions of dollars in Revenue Generation & Cost Savings which increased company value, and leading numerous M&A Transactions on both the buy & sell side totaling over $430 million in transaction dollars.
His goal now is to help your organization realize its full profit potential and maximize its enterprise value.
Mario is a US Navy Veteran having proudly served our Country before obtaining his Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Accounting. Passions for business include transaction management, evaluating cash flow, improving processes & procedures to drive value, increasing data accuracy and timing, system security, and most importantly knowing and executing on stakeholder value.
In his personal life Mario enjoys traveling, sporting events, and spending time with family and friends.

Jeremy Appel

Jeremy owned and operated a construction installation company for 10 years. He went back to school in his late 20’s and finished a degree in accounting. He was then an Auditor in public accounting for 5 years where he obtained a CA CPA license. Jeremy then joined a PEG-owned manufacturing company as Corporate Controller and was the key individual in 9 acquisitions where the consolidated revenue grew from $280M to $480M over his 3-year tenure. Now Jeremy is a part of RTA Group, currently serving as Director of Finance & Accounting for a large regional technology firm with $150M annual revenues and is the key individual in acquisitions.

Mitzi Arce

Mitzi has been a licensed CPA for seven years and possesses a strong background in financial accounting. As an Accounting Manager and Senior Accountant in the private sector and banking industries, she has had the opportunity to wear many hats including that of a team leader, provide customer support to an array of clients, as well as manage staff simultaneously. Her total combined experience has given her the distinct advantage of following a business’s day to day operations, looking at a company’s books and records from a wide array of industries, and also having a bird’s eye view of the accounting realm from assisting with audit work.
She enjoys working with people and with her peers to achieve company goals but she also works well independently and needs very little direction to “hit the ground running”. She is highly motivated with a strong desire to accept and conquer increasingly difficult challenges and has superb attention to detail.

With over 30 years of experience in General Accounting, Human Resources, and Supervisory duties Sherri is familiar with a variety of financial operations. She is experienced in both Public/Private sectors and For Profit/Not For Profit organizations. Industry experience includes Construction, Health Insurance, Medical, Athletic, and Trade Association. Within the confines of Prevailing Wage (CA & NV) she has worked in conjunction with corporate labor attorneys, state agencies, labor unions, read government statutes, regulation, and industry guidelines to ensure that Certified Payroll reporting was compliant in accordance with the Labor Law. Building upon her American River College financial-based Associate of Arts Degree, she has attended UC Davis classroom and online course studies in Construction Print Reading and Estimating. She has also attended MS Office application course studies (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) at New Horizons Computer Learning Center.
